Song: Inside And Out Poem by Dave SmithWhite

Song: Inside And Out

Inside and out; always around.
There, you will find me.
Where, I'll be found.
Inside and out; when your upside is down,
You must not mind me,
To act your fool and clown!

Inside and out; each part compounds,
The raw seeds of doubt,
About which confounds.
Inside and out; in a solid state renowned,
I'm a heartbeat just behind you;
But I won't make a sound.

With an intra-dimensional travelling,
You board my tuning fork.
You pluck my strings, unraveling,
A mind as sharp as cork.
Together, in continuam,
We strum that quantum drum;
For a love that trumps the vacuum,
Like a post-coital hum!

Inside and out; where worlds remain unfound.
New lovers are discovered,
By hue and cry and hound.
Inside and out; the pretenders are uncrowned;
While the peoples arch defenders,
Would let the buggers drown!

Inside and out; both sides profound.
Like a sloop in a typhoon,
To the mast, we are bound.
Inside and out; on the upside of down.
Our love must not founder,
Or be run aground!
