Songs Of Spring Poem by Chris Embrick

Songs Of Spring

Rating: 5.0

Emerald leaves from Winter's buds
from morning's womb life-saving rays
Across the meadow, April's breeze
removes the chill of frosty days
Lilies bloom the woods adorn
bathed gently by the mist of morn
Clouds overhead drift slowly by
the pond reflects pastoral skies
Old friends return on the wing
Nature's chorus memories bring
Once again the Songs of Spring.

Emerald leaves have motivated mind and nature's chorus memories have brought a nice sensation. An interesting song we have heard with beauty of expression. An excellent imagery is drawn in this brilliant poem...10
