Persistently, you’re chanting messages in front of me
As I lay down in my cavity lifelessly fading away.

Everyday you’d come by shedding tears for me
As I lay down in my cavity mournfully fading away.

As days pass us by, I have less time to sense you close by
And I begin to realize a sense of pure light coming to life in your heart.
So you’ve found someone else to supplant my eternal deficiency from your life.
So he’s healing the wounds I created in your heart when I left you alone in this world we lived in.

It’s been a month since my life expired
With him by your side, you hardly come by to see me anymore.
And it feels like your affection for me is already out of you life,
But you're still chanting that same song that I wrote for you when we first met.

It’s been a year since my soul expired
You might still be coming for me, you might’ve moved on.
I couldn’t even feel your prescence anymore, until I came back one day.
So you called me here, to tell me that your alright now, to tell me I can move on now.
So you married him, and finally found your one way ticket to endless contentment.
I will always be alone, but as long as you’re ecstatic, I don’t care what happens between us
Even if I seize to exist from your memory one day.

It’s been seven years.
I can only imagine how perfect your life may be now with him.
It’s been so long and I don’t know how, but I can still hear it.
That same song you’re still chanting when you get up in the morning and go to sleep at night.
Now I can finally comprehend what the meaning is behind all of this.
We’re still connected together by this song,
Not for a split second were we ever apart from each other.
And even after all this phase and delight
You havn’t forgotten about what we had together
Back when we were both alive here together.
