Sorrow Poem by Ketan Hukare

Sorrow

Rating: 5.0

There was silence in my heart
And my eyes began to weep
My hands on my cheek
But my knees were far too weak
To stand Straight apart
Or I would fall in the deep
I stand on a cliff
Should I take a leap?

But there's a silence that
My mind would never get
Because it feels that
My sorrow is worth forget
My song is no good
Worthless to bet.
My eyes kept closed because
Fire is making them wet!

So I walk alone in the rain
I swim in the river of pain!
My mind, full of thoughts
It thinks all lame
I feel its the time to go
To the place from where I came
Closing my eyes forever
Sleeping in the tearful rain!

I do like the way that you express the feeling-I cannot do so; thereby, wishing you to teach me about that ;) Keep writing, Hukare!

Expressive and truly impressive poem it is Master Ketan. Make yourself optimistic and think beyond the immediate circles. Your sorrow will soon fade out. All the best ahead
