Sound Silence Poem by Nilima Deb

Sound Silence

Rating: 5.0

And I picked a sky
sewed on the path nobody passed for a single time

The wet night is drawing the timid birth
A bottle of moonlight couldn't ease the silences
Until you untied

It is only the lost red ray I dig before the zeal
1000 horses sweep away
And restless..

I have none to replace the gravity
Vivified
rather than the sum of two young lights
X well defines X+Y ….

And Nilima, your write- : : I have none to replace the gravity : : Vivified : : rather than the sum of two young lights : : X well defines X+Y …. Yes, everything is a sum of two, even gravity. It is not just about love. It is the ability to discern this fact(that X defines X+Y) that makes our life worth living.. Remarkable.

Hi Nilima, An abstract poem of the post-modern genre. Of course, brevity is the hall mark of your poetry. Drawing on the images from night/dawn, muse/silence, loneliness/togetherness with nature you have been able to build the poem a very high aesthetic regime. Loved it. Your Lines- : : A bottle of moonlight couldn't ease the silences Until you untied: : great poetic craft!
