A Yellow Shadow Poem by Nilima Deb

A Yellow Shadow

Rating: 5.0

Suddenly a yellow shadow of a silent river
kissed the fragrance of my dreams
and wholeheartedly mumbled around my
crazy eyes of revelations!

The blue breathing of the shadow
disappeared gently into the bubbles of lullaby
sung by the fairy river,
I never ever heard before.

Two lines still I could remember...............
'open your eyes and be cheer up
a garden of love-bees waiting for your close up'
And I opened my eyes with all empty sights!

Hi Nilima, Wonderful imagery: open your eyes and be cheer up a garden of love-bees waiting for your close up' And the disappointment when you discern that it is just a dream.
