V-ery fine and sound sleep
A-llows your head to rest;
N-ever mind the alarm,
E-ventide does its best.
S-ound sleep's melody
S-ings life's lullaby;
A-n infant is lulled to slumber neath the sky.
J-ust go to sound sleep,
A-s the night is falling;
N-either nightmare nor bad dream
E-nters into your thinking.
R-elax September fourteenth,
A-nd close your eyes so deep;
M-oon makes the serenity
O-f a quiet and sound
S-leep.
