Speaking Pleasant Words Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Speaking Pleasant Words

91. The spoken words of those knowing the core of virtue
are sweet and kind without any vice.
92. Speaking pleasant words with a beatific smile by nature
betters giving gifts with a willing heart.
93. A beaming face with fond looks utters sweet words
of charity from the heart.
94. Those speaking delightful words to all
never the poverty can them hurt and maul.
95. Politeness and pleasing speech are jewels to one;
all else are worthy none.
96. Seeking good and speaking words sweet
make the vice to wane and the virtue to wax.
97. Sweet words ever beneficial bolter bonanza,
yield pleasure and bring all goodness.
98. Virulence erased words of etiquette
ensure pleasure in this birth and the next.
99. When modest words afford pleasure
why do you speak nasty words?
100.To natter on seamy words when fabulous ones are there
is like choosing unripe to ripe fruits.
