Speaking The Truth Poem by Randy McClave

Speaking The Truth

If you didn't hear it with your own two ears
And what you heard brings forth fears,
And you yourself take it as the truth
But, you are not a truth finder or a sleuth.
If you didn't see it with your very own eyes
And if you take it as honesty and not as lies,
If you don't know honestly what others had saw
Then you don't care if others do fall.
Always be honest and truthful and hopefully kind
Don't invent or believe a lie with a small mind,
And then don't share that lie with a big mouth
Don't speak from the anatomy from your south.
