Spicy Hypothetics Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Spicy Hypothetics

Affixed and restricted,
To limits.
And that which is experienced,
Within those boundaries to live it.
Is a decision,
One makes and decides to do.
Although...
The ones most affected.
Not to realize their way of life,
Had been selected to protect and fed...
Beliefs to feed upon.
As well as implementing,
Their own rules to obey and laws too.
Creating their own truth.

Then this begins soliciting proof.
A proof of truth,
From their own documentation.
To produce as evidence.

And...
Disagreements with others to instigate,
How one's life is better to live.
If people did what they did.
With a looking the way they do.
And kept themselves isolated...
Behind walls, gates and fences with guards.
So much better...
The World would be to live in.
Less diversified and dependency free.

"I love your optimism.
Fantastic is your vision.
And your food would come from where? "

-I...um...uh-

"If people have no clue,
As to where the food they eat comes from?
All that talk about being 'independent'.
And less dependent upon diversity?
Totally disconnected from reality.
Then to protest,
How the government is all up in their lives?
Who...
Are these thoughtless and ungrateful people?
And WHERE do they think,
Their entitled lives to live them are done! ?
Hmmm? "

-You gave me no opportunity to say "What if! "
I was only speaking 'hypothetically'.-

"I knew that.
That's why I added a little pepper to the flavor.
I like 'hypothetics' I get with spice."
