3. Muraqaba of riza in the khak latifa: -

Riza= be satisfied or pleased with whatever happens to you....
Khaq Latia= subtle mouth of the body mainly flesh, bones. hair etc. made from part of the Earth....
say bismil laahir rwakmaanir rwahim n do niyaat(niyaat connects you with the fayez= series of spiritual noor=light in general sense but they are more refined n subtler) ..
begin zikr shutting your eyes (why shutting eyes = when u shut the eye of Zaahir then the baatin eyes automatically opens!
zaahir= existing that u see...
baatin existing but you cannot see as u don't have the quality or capability! !) ...
um turned and attended to my qalb; via my morshed kibla's qalb it is turned and attended to Allah Zaat paak..
let zikr of Allah and the fayeez of riza be prevailed on my khak yaa Allah! ...enforce will power and apply to the sound Allah...
think it is coming to your khaq...
really it comes some gets the easy sensation but for other it takes time....
let the mouth of my khak be opened....
do 100 zoli then khafi with more will power and stress...
u say X is a man as if made of Earth for his soft behavior....
but it proves if you keep resolute still the sky breaks falling upon u..
you agree and keep satisfaction in all troubles...
Earth never disagree with you as u dig, u discharge urine and stool, and what torture you don't do..
in all situation Eath never disagree...
in this way keeping the zikr on khak you will get the power of being satisfied with Allah in all wells and woes! !
lets do zikr of the Name of Allah...
it is power...
it is light...
it purifies us! !
it is a system of TARIQ-e-AHMADIA lesson! !
