Splendor Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Splendor

R-ise of the sun begins,
O-pening the day with light;
C-old chill and raindrops
H-ave vanished into the night.
E-arly morn has broken,
L-etting the light rise right away;
L-est the beacon should be delayed,
E-vening fades into the gray.

C-oal clouds don't gather,
A-pril first Saturday;
R-ays from up above
D-irectly delight the skyway.
U-nderneath the blue lane,
C-rimson creates a brighter color;
E-yes are truly amazed by the view's splendor.
