Spring Time
Vacant thoughts engulf me
on a solitary spring morning
mesmerising with its beauty..
gleeful chirping birds
making home on trees
shepherds are busy
stalking their herd
squirrels are jumping
merrily - tree to tree
tiny skillful ants
tresspassing my backyard
marrigold is in full bloom
emiting fragrance all around
shining smiling sun is
enveloping the ground.
