Springtime Poem by Waltzing Mouse

Springtime

Rating: 3.5

Spring dances onthe hillside
like a playful wind
she walked hand in hand
with her winter lover

He left her alone
But the show must go on
The year must not slow
she must dance until June

She spreads her happiness
Her infectious laughter
It fills the sky and beyond
But no one knows her heartbreak and sorrow
And how much she misses her sweetheart

She the spring and he the winter cannot remain together though they like to. A good imaginative theme-the spring loving the winter, who has deserted her.
