Keep a critic close around,
Build his hut right in your ground,
Sans soap nor ever water,
Get spotless clean your character.

Given here under is the original couplet in Hindi script and its transliteration in English.
निंदक नियरे राखिए, ऑंगन कुटी छवाय,
बिन पानी, साबुन बिना, निर्मल करे सुभाय।
Nindak niyare rākhiye, āngan kuţī ćhavāye,
Bin pānī sābun binā, nirmal kare subhāye.
Those that criticise you are truly your friends. Don't get put off by them. In fact keep them close by. Even build a cottage for them near your house. They would keep your character fault-less clean as your true well-wishers.
Topic: advice, critique, fault-finder
Exquisite translation of a Kabeer's couplet highlighting the value and worth of a critic in one's life. Through him one could find out his own faults or shortcomings which otherwise would have gone unnoticed. Thanks for sharing it, Sir.

yeah really I think so I won't find my fault if there is no constructive critic in my life!
