St. Paul's Church Bells Ring Heavenly Peace Over Annville Poem by NHIEN NGUYEN MD

I attended morning mass at St Paul's church today
Where God has been calling, and waiting for me.
This church was built 35 years, ago.
Every day, its church bells ring to carry praises to God.
Riding on the winds, church bells' melodies rhyme
Their heavenly peace spreads over Annville like sunlight.
This church has a large congregation
Our priest says daily mass to offer thanks to God.
There is a much larger attendance on week end
So, there are four masses for two week-end days.
Storm rains have been falling most of this week
St Paul's church has been praying for a dry week end.
This week end, the church has its annual bazaar
Which is scheduled for two days in June.
Last night, rain stopped and the round moon shone.
This morning in Annville, the bright sun rose.
Bazaar opened today in the late afternoon
With plenty of foods, drinks and games to choose.
As evening came, many people gathered.
Sounds of music energized the whole Annville.
It was a wonderful time that many people came to share
Under the happy moon that shone over Annville.

CHUÔNG NHÀ THỜ ST.PAUL NGÂN TIẾNG HÒA BÌNH TRÊN ANNVILLE

Sáng nay, dự lễ nhà thờ
Nơi đây Chúa gọi, Chúa chờ tôi thăm.
Nhà thờ tuổi đúng băm lăm
Mỗi ngày chuông đổ, lời cầu bay cao.
Nhạc chuông ôm gío, vang xa
Bình an như nắng tỏa xa khắp vùng.
Nhà thờ, bổn đạo thật đông
Mỗi ngày, thánh lễ dâng lời tạ ơn.
Cuối tuần, tấp nập nhiều hơn
Hai ngày, bốn lễ tạ ơn Chúa Trời.
Tuần này, mưa bão đầy trời
Lễ cầu xin Chúa nắng khô cuối tuần.
Tuần này, hội chợ hàng năm
Mỗi năm tháng Sáu, hai ngày vui chơi.
Đêm qua mưa tạnh, trăng tròn
Sáng nay, nắng mới sáng trời Annville.
Cuộc vui khai mạc buổi chiều
Đồ ăn, thức uống với nhiều trò chơi.
Càng chiều, người tới càng đông
Lời ca, kèn trống vang trời Annville
Gặp nhau, cười nói thật nhiều
Người vui, trăng sáng soi miền Annville.
