Stamina Poem by Christina Simmons

Stamina

So what if life throws a curtain swim through it - laugh it off
Like learning something: hardship will not last - focus on the bright
Side: Cuss, swear if have too - hallo loudly - let go of aches and pain
Don't allow fear let YOU shrink to invisibility

Wallow in self-pity mustn't keep self amuse - grab both bulls by the horn
See red light and GO never mind danger - last forever! Situations are temporary
Testing periods perk up! SMILE wave woes farewell don't wear frown
On forehead stay HAPPY laughter's written on the face: pout lips KISS little - Play a lot it's legal: dance around - clowning about makes it plain sailing

Friends - mate carries you motionlessly until sadness is NO more in sight: Dear it pays to be Self-assured; neediness is OK don't ponder on it for long. Habitual, inhibitions you don't want: get hold of your senses: Good times are here AGAIN
