POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Note: I wrote this poem a few days ago in the haiku style of poetry while thinking about the resiliency and fortitude of our ancestors. How they marched toward their dreams of freedom despite all the setbacks, hardships and opppression throughout the ages. What we face today is a walk in the park in comparison. I published this poem for the first time today, the 23rd of March,2022.
