We have become part of intolerant society
Everything is needed instant with best quality
We can't tolerate even slight delay
We start accusing people and their way

We surely forget about our being
And very much part of the same thing
Same people are at the helm of the affairs
And we expect from them quick and fair

It is good to insist for improvement
Suggest nice ways for over all development
Rush to the help when needed for emergency services
Render all kind of active participation with enthusiasm and promises

That is certainly being the welcome attitude
We are citizens and most of us possess some form of gratitude
Some of the services are well beyond human reach
We should never jump to the conclusion with pointer to teach

No system can be as perfect as expected
It needs consideration when called upon for being acted
If people are conscious and alert for their commitment
There can be noticeable improvement

'To point out shortcomings' is healthy sign
Even to come in terms with it is also a part of good design
One must be well prepared to live with it and resign
As it is human weakness to point out drawbacks and feel fine

The services are never improved upon with complaints
It is needed resolution with alertness on the pat of participants
When we stop complaining about and suggest solution
It may have less impact or some impact on its dilution

Some kind of rigid attitude is to be given go by
At least some other ways should be given fair try
Not all people may digest fair way of criticism
As we are all descendant of so called humanism
