Stop-Motion
the wheels
they have stopped
the gears have failed
no progress anymore
no motion
the gathering
of all the knowledge
collecting all the tools
calling on all the men
with the know-how
the experience
appears inadequate
insufficient for a solution
repair impossible
no fix
the future
should hold the answer
but with gears and wheels
not working, all is stranded
time's up

Most rational poem, full of intelligence, but you have forgotten the women, IF you did not, then no need to.....the rest you know. I tell you frankly this is absolutely contained with all smartest tools. Thank you for sharing such intelligent and yet poetic words.
