Subdued Poem by Pen Anthony

Subdued

Rating: 4.0

They say it's the blow you don't see coming
That knocks you out
She was that blow
Bro! Does she pack a punch.
My guard was up,
My God didn't she knock me out!

I felt it to my core
I was weak, lasting for weeks
Throwing in the towel i stayed down
It was surreal
Yet in my weakness a part of me felt strong
It throbbed harder than it did in my existence.

Down to her mercy i was- and i liked it
A part of me had longed to be conquered
I was her subject body soul and heart
My worst defeat
Not enough strength in my feet
To stand against her.

I was subdued
Time has gone by
I ain't gon lie
I crave for her, to be intertwined in her entirety
As long as my lungs have air
Everything i was, i am, and will ever be is hers.
