Sultry Day Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Sultry Day

Rating: 5.0

The day is sultry,
The fresh air has no entry,
Many people are panting,
Only some are singing.
These 'some' are relishing the air
Which is coming from the other sphere
To them it is fair
And they will not give from it any share.
'others' think it is not their day
And they are not at all gay.
But they have nothing to say
As with it they have to stay.
