Sun-Kissed - Poem by Justin Robert Cooper

Long days lying on the beach
Tanning in the sun
Splashing water in the sea
Children having fun

Blistered, cracking, flaking skin
Pealing from my back
Sweat-drenched clothing clinging close
The skin begins to crack.
