Sunset At Kovalam Beach Poem by RAJ NANDY

Sunset At Kovalam Beach

SUNSET AT KOVALAM BEACH

I saw the sun getting slowly engulfed,
Through flashes of crimson and golden
streaks,
Sinking into the warm waters of the Arabian
Sea!
I knew that its fire, heat and light,
Shall never get diminished or slackened,
When it rises once again on the other side;
To dazzle us with all its radiated brillance!
So it is with true love, which shall not lose,
Its fervour and warmth of heart,
Nor shall its ardour ever deplete!
Neither shall it get engulfed like the sun at
night,
When the world is fast asleep!
