Superficial Dna Poem by Ted Sheridan

Superficial Dna

Rating: 5.0

A man’s most profound moments are when he thinks
he knows what God wills. It would be illogical to believe
otherwise; who else but man would God bestow such
a divine knowledge upon? Certainly not the savage beast,
for the beast is incapable of reasoning.
And where man once congregated in mosques,
churches and temples to worship God; he now congregates
in front of the television and on the computer.
Man has become God…or so the beast believes.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Apparently God created Man in His own image. Shame Man couldn't live up to it, eh? Naturally, this does not apply to women. t x
