Talk less of CORONA
be patient and as usual active

don't laze around your bed only
go aboutdoing some house chores
walk about your inner house

MEDITATE

relax don't tense
what can you do
by repeating the same thing

Relaxpray sing or dance
within the constraints in one's house

Remember this is not the FIRST VIRUS ever
many came and went away
so this will also sooner than later
if you remain inside
isolated
the virus will fly away

So take each day as it comes
try not to stress
be happy
play cards and read books
develop a hobby

keep your mind healthy
and see howdaily bath relieves your nerves

Relax friends
I am with you

HELLO ALL READ VALSA JI'S POEM PL thanks for such a beautiful autumnal comment VG Autumn is so colorful in most of the western countries when the leaves turn into multi shades of russet, brown, yellow, orange and red. It is a season awaited by all! I was fortunate to see this change of color in last October when I went to the US for a one month's trip! A beautiful poem on Autumn!
