Synchronized Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Synchronized

Finding it uniquely satisfying.
Many increasingly kneel to lick,
The shiny sceptre adorned...
By the recently elected royal speculator.
Lifted to a throne infused,
With a little bit of tradition.
And a tasteful expertise to spew,
A mix of intrigue and delicious nonsense.
Too mysteriously deceived.
Done to thrill.
Leaving the people left addicted.
Wanting more of it.
As they run away excited to exclaim,
Of finding a way to have synchronized...
The feeding of all B.S.
That will ultimately reveal,
Who it was to have authorized...
A twisting of the minds,
To betray in a way...
Enabling the act of it to do.
With confusion and division to introduce.
That no one would ever suspect,
One crazed with ego.
Could perfect without anyone detecting,
How fools dressed to impress...
Could be used as tools and still continue,
To defend their stupidity.
With a doing to have many believe,
Their interests could not be better protected.
By others attempting to convince,
They have found another way...
More beneficial.
However...
Less will be the quality of the entertainment.
Too expensive to keep.
Although debated is the cost,
To exchange if discovered to have been a loss.

"We propose a solution."

-Great.
What is it? -

"Free medical exams for everyone.
And...
With guaranteed emphasis,
On mental health issues.
No one should avoid or refuse."
