(dekona amare deko-na deko-na)
Please do not call me, don’t call
Once gone don’t keep him in mind
I’m carrying my pain away
Not asking for return of my loving
Don’t look pitifully thru eye-corner
High tide of sorrow will carry my pain
Removing me from all harassments
When moving far away recognize me
Don’t bury me today in hate-deception

Once gone don't keep me in mind, I am carrying my pain not asking for any love in return. Don't look at me with pity, high tides of sorrow will carry it away. Going away, wanting to be recognized, but not buried in hate or deception today. Tushar, is this an accurate summary of what this poem says? It really made me think, I had to concentrate on two lines together to try and get the full meaning. It seems to have a double meaning, one of loss of a loved one, and the other of someone rejecting his love. Intense poem, Tushar! Thank you for sharing it, RoseAnn
Roseann, I see a misunderstanding in the first sentence. The girl waited for her longing love, they met but she got some painful treatment (may be lack of proper attention) in return. So, she is going away in silence, sad, without asking any return for her selfless love. Thank you Roseann. Tushar
