Taj-A Love Symbol Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Taj-A Love Symbol

Rating: 5.0

If Tajmahal has worldwide recognition
then, it can be called most pride possession
a symbol of love
and everybody believes, in its sanctity
The golden period existed in the historic medieval India
many monuments came up and showed the cultural heritage
Shahjehan, The emperor, was known for his passiontoward an art
we still remember him doing the wonder in this part of the world
His love for the queen, Mumtajmahal, has become a legendary tale
it has many stories to reveal
we feel intense love aspect behind
and find respect for love and kindness
May not be a true story
but, it makes us feel sorry
about those unfortunate artisans
whose hands were cut after completion of the monument
before their fate was made known
they put a hole, and that drops one by one
people call it tears from artisans
and we feel sorry state of those ill-fated humans
No doubt, love for anybody is welcome
when it comes to our mind
but the hidden cause behind it can't be forgotten
it may become heritage or tourist place in the nation
