Take My Hand 8 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Reach out and take my hand sweet lady
and angel who gives me endless courage and strength,
I need your help to get up and going on this day.
Just feeling run down and tired still but
I won't let the exhaustion overcome me today.
Reach out sweet lady and take my hand I so
very badly need some of your strength today.
Take my hand so I may return some to you as well,
let me show and share with you all the love I hold.
As always I'm sending all my warmth and love to you,
with great big hugs and millions of kisses too.
Make sure you get every one my sweet Angel dove.
Reach out your hand so I can give you some peace and love.
Please take my hand I need some strength today,
to get up and going and beat the tiredness that plagus.
So I can finish my chores and be here for you
giving my best in every way my Angel Queen.
Reach out and take my hand because I love you babe
and you are the rock who keeps me going with endless
pride and strength,
for eternity I'll thank you endlessly and spend
my energy repaying you.
