As I try to tell you
over and over again
that all of your doings
will never work

But you have always persisted
by keeping on
Even now, after many years
of trying and not succeeding
you still believe in something
that you'll never achieve

And I have been trying very hard
to convince you, but I couldn't
For I had always the impression
that I wasn't talking to you
but that I was talking to the wind
which scattered my words everywhere,
except into your listening ears
