In late spring, revealing hues, butterflies take flight towards the forest,
He concealed the sadness of his mother country, playing as a Korean harpist.
Far off, on the Uruk Bridge, the cars resound and run as they race,
On the expanse of Chungju Lake, quietly ducks paddle in grace.
Eight thousand soldiers pledged loyalty and defended, yet,
Couldn't thwart the invasion of two hundred thousand Japanese foes when they met.
The river forgetting ancient days, aimlessly birds dive for their sake,
And tears falling on sleeves, when I scatter wine on the Cheongpung Lake.
