Made the New York Times
Overlooked, you were noted
Not for feminism
But shooting Andy Warhol
You got yr fifteen mintues
I feel some pity for Solanas, she had serious mental health issues, abuse from her adolescence, and a sexuality that put her outside what society saw as deviant. She wanted Warhols approval he rejected her, which must have been a big blow. A fitting tribute to a sad person.
