Tanka - Morn Work - Poem by john tiong chunghoo

her morn work done
the upturned mop
by the wooden stairs
drip by drip it starts to dry
her obssession with punctuality

inspired by

Tanka 06
the bucket's water
poured out and gone,
dropp by drop
dew drips like pearls
from the autumn flowers
