Teens - Poem by Manny Lopez
'Somebody had to do this! '
she screams with such force.
She just wants to start a big scene
These are American teens, of course.
they all reply in union.
She looks around, puzzled.
Poor Halley's obviously in confusion.
'I think he did it! '
one of the girls reply.
Halley looks at me;
Oh! Is she sly!
'I didn't do that! Don't throw a fit'
but in reality, I did do it.
But it's hard to tell the truth
from America's lieing youth.
