Tell Yourself - Poem by Dorsey Baker

Tell yourself
the truth
stop lying
to yourself
take off that mask
that false face
stop pretending to be
and start to live
a real life
tell yourself
you don't have to
fake living
tell yourself
you are better than that
tell yourself
the show is over!
and let
your true self
come out!
