It is difficult to replace,
That which has been established.
Regardless how fancy those signatures left,
After the pouring of fresh concrete.
That which is known to have endured,
To ease those footsteps that follow...
Will always be remembered,
For an implementation pioneered to initiate.
Regardless how fancy the signatures,
Of new names making claims...
On that which has created the foundation.
That same foundation would not exist,
Without the persistence...
Of the ones others make attempts to dismiss.
