The Aesthetics Of Symmetry
The perfectly aligned palm-trees ornamented with rainbows
Refracted from the incandescent epicentre of sun in the glass,
The robust male-body on the beach in his minuscule red swimsuit;
The fluffy blonde hair on the shoulders of an emaciated boy;
The reflection of the sun in a perfectly globular baldhead;
The frail grace of an elderly lady with a hat in a wheelchair;
The rapidity of the sea-gull flying from one cliff to the other;
The footprints washed behind human vertical sticks and shadows;
The virginal physiognomy of petite old ladies white as milk;
The human heads floating like black balls on the water
Amongst deformed massive rocks as thrown by Hercules;
The art of a tattoo-all-covered body, metals, piercings;
The fallen rusty mulberry-leaves from tired autumn trees;
The bodies on the sun-beds symmetrically aligned on the beach
As therapeutic beds beneath the soothing doctor-sun's hands:
All in a spectacle of sunset, water splashing, and serenity.
Oh what a fantastic expression you have made! So touching and compelling. It is really a beautiful poem on Nature, beauty including human being. I love much the following lines.... A conglomeration of beauty from nature and human beings has been vividly depicted in this magnificent write. In a couple of seconds I was transported into a wonderful body of water where people and nature interact creating a beautiful scenery. The imagery is so compelling. Superbly penned.
