Whether he eats or drinks
or whatever else he does,
does all for the glory of God
(Reference toSt. Paul's first letter to
Corinthians10: 31) .

Such a person is free
to act "freely, simply,
spontaneously,
from the depths of his heart,
moved by love".

The struggle of Jacob
with the angel is the
archetype for the spiritual ascent.
