The Asked Man 2 Poem by Clive Culverhouse

The Asked Man 2

Rating: 5.0

I am asked
but do enjoy a good moon
breaking from midnight clouds
balancing on treetops

something to get
your teeth into
from back seats
of the late night drive thru
yet I am asked
by the moon, by life
it's all painfully the same

as I sense your gravity
your touch, indecision…

I am the asked man
and still am asked
none more so than by Nicorates
and other voices in my head

" the asked man" concept for the title of the whole collection of my poems has gone down very well on social media - big Twitter response in retweets and likes, , ..
