The bird in the tree
Sings a song feeling free
Song about rain's cool showers
About changing seasons and flowers

The bird in the tree
Hums as sweetly as a bee
A song about love and peace
About festivals, prayers and His bliss

The bird in the tree
Looks silently at the sea
Where upon dance many a tide
The bird wishes one of them it could ride

The bird in the tree
Wishes to fly over the lea
To the far end to meet its mate
Who is waiting him at heaven's gate
