The Broken Moon Poem by Daisy Pereira

The Broken Moon

Sometimes you wane
sometimes you stay
sometimes you are lost
Oh! wasted moon......
now time is lying beside me
like a tiny baby

remembrances of forgone days
yester rains drenches
those lamenting trees
graying dreams
a great span of time wrenches us
ultimately.

The broken mirror
reflects a thousand sun
in a thousand ways........

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
we remember the past, bygone days, lost dreams when we feel that we have reached a turning point in our lives... but the time pass as though nothing has happened especially.. the losses or gains dreams fulfilled or wasted, ultimately, is our own affair... the time flows on as though nothing has happened especially....
