The Bubble And I Poem by Dilip Pattanayak

The Bubble And I

Rating: 5.0

'Welcome, you Bubble, ' asked I,
'Please tell me one thing.
For a moment you come
But what us to bring? '

Said the Bubble, 'I'm for a moment,
True, and must vanish soon;
But hark you, my man!
For me this life is a boon.

Life has its own charm
Long or short - matters not;
On the water for a moment
I do love to float.'
