Echo Faunus

The Castle - Poem by Echo Faunus

In despair
with walls thick from anxiety
slippery floor
and a false sense of safety

A locked door
an invisible border
so hard to cross
and a false sense of safety

A home with tears
bugs and memories everywhere
itching, disturbing
and no sense of safety
