(the) Complexities Of Truth Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

(the) Complexities Of Truth

The complexities of truth,
Ever changing from its sustained sameness...
Becomes increasingly difficult to explain,
The value of its importance.
Especially when each generation is introduced,
To confusion that contradicts...
With imitations of life hyped,
By fantasized interpretations wished.
And preferred.
Yet...
Dismissed from existence to observe.
As conflicts and chaos rise to heights.
And left to visualize.
Leaving those to devote and worship this,
As a presence to commit...
With unwavering beliefs,
Truth to know it means...
The elimination of peace,
Restores...
What they have been taught to value.
And praise.
To never question the craze,
Of their unified participation.
