The Curse - Poem by Rachel Smith
I will not live in an illusion of happiness only to have it shattered in the end.
The drugs numb the pain until you make me feel it again.
I've broken your heart yet you broke mine first,
I'm tired of this heartache,
our love feels like a curse.
I just want to start over,
but you wont give me a chance.
Every time I look at you I fall in love
all over again with a glance.
I wish I could stop my heart from beating in my chest.
I give you my life and my final breath
