The Dancer Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

The Dancer

Dear dancer
Dance to the tune of the song
Move your hips and bosoms
In rhythm with the soft music
Dear dancer, don't go wrong

Dear dancer
Wine is swirling in the glass
Move your body like a snake
Walk from table to table to
Get applause; to the roaring
Crowd please show your class

Dear dancer
This way money will flow
Let the men enjoy your dance
Let them return home relaxed
Get rich; let your life begin to glow
