The day will come
I will not wake up from my sleep
Promises I have
Made I will not be able to keep

I will not see the
Passing clouds and sing and dance
To those beloved souls
I like to help I may not get a chance

The day will come
When windows will not open for me
To those birds singing
And dancing I won't be able to see

I will not come out
To caress the pets who are so dear
I can't help the needy
And hungry, for them I can't drop a tear

The day will come
My soul will be lost in a new world
For those whom I leave
With a hope a new dawn will herald
