S-unday morn January first
O-pens the day with light;
L-et your ears hear the sound
O-f the fireworks after midnight.
M-ake your birth alive,
O-r filled with a million mirth;
N-ew year has just begun all over the whole earth.
J-ust let Saturday pass,
U-ntil you see the dawn;
N-ight shadows disappear,
T-wilight and dusk are gone.
E-vening chill has faded,
R-ed beacon is burning bright;
I-t promises a better future,
A-s it opens the day with
L-ight.
