The Feelings On A Rainy Day Poem by Kinsley Lee

The Feelings On A Rainy Day

[Verse1]
On a rainy day,
Streaming down is the heavy rain
It's good for me to hear the rhythm of rain.

On a rainy day,
A savory pancake for a bite,
And feel like a cup of rice wine for just right.

On a rainy day,
Forgotten friends from distant time
Ago, and come softly to mind from time to time

On a rainy day,
The gentle lavender the scent,
Which my beloved give off, and I hope to scent.

[Chorus]
On a rainy day,
I hope to depart off the way,
And be a traveler seeking memories far away.

[Verse2]
On a rainy day,
The drizzling rain is dancing
And the delicate dance move's graceful for glancing.

On a rainy day,
With dear friends, I hope to share
The cups of coffee, feeling the deep perfumed air.

On a rainy day,
The babbling song of crystal stream
And to my ears, the sings're sweet to dream.

On a rainy day,
Drop by drop on leaves are the beads
Which are formed, I hope to lay upon my beloved's neck the beads.

[Chorus]
On a rainy day,
I hope to depart off the way,
And be a traveler seeking memories far away.
